For the ConAgra deal, do the bogo's free item count towards the $20? or do you have to buy enough after the free item?

The free items do not count toward the $20. You have to have $20 worth on a receipt. It is $20 before coupons though. So, you should be able to get about $40 worth of stuff, pay only about $12-$15 and get a free $25 GC.
Definitely a deal worth doing.

Don't forget in the organic coupon book the $1/off 2 Horizons products.

I have been using them on the indivisual yogarts, they sale for 5/$4.00

I get 6, at $.80 a piece and use 3/$1 off coupons making them $.30 a piece, that is how i have been buying yogart, thankfully the coupons don't expire until August!

There is also a $1/$5 produce purchase Food Lion coupon at A Full Cup. I know many Publix stores accept Food Lion coupons. http://afullcup.com/upload/cmps_index.php?page=foodlion

That printable coupon is from the Tennessee ad. I saw it in Annette's ad when I was there this week. Our Publix may not honor it, but it is worth a shot.

By the way, I was offered two teaching positions in Franklin, TN but lost them due to government paperwork in Florida.

The Publix coupon for $5/$35 was only good until the 18th of June. - Abby at www.goodstewards.blogspot.com

Abby,

The coupon is good from the 18th until the 24th.
I tried it at my Publix and it didn't work. I could still use the $5/40 from the paper though.

I have a friend who has moved to Virginia and she is trying to find ways of spending the summer with her two kids 10 & 11 without spending money. Have you any ideas?

Hi! Thanks for the info on Publix - this is where I shop in Florida. However, do you know what days the paper puts out the publix ads? Is it in the Thursday papers? I only buy a Sunday paper, and so I have been missing out on the $ off $$ coupons because I don't ever get the ad from the paper, and it won't show me the online one, so I thought I would see if anyone knows what day of the week they put it out!

Thanks!

tlc,
Thanks. I fixed that.

Angela,
The ad comes in the Wednesday paper. Where I am, the sale doesn't actually start until Thursday though. You should be able to get the ad at the store as well if you miss it in the paper (the in-store ad has the coupon too).

When I went to the Rosemont Publix yesterday there were coupons in the produce section for $1.00 off produce when you buy two Kraft dressings. I picked some up and will save them until Publix puts the Kraft dressing on BOGO again.

I found your blog very interesting since it has something to do with Publix. Publix Super Markets, Inc. sells different grocery products such as bakery, general grocery, pharmacy, dairy, deli, frozen foods, liquor, and so much more other products. Judging from the sales rates and the income, the company has been developing quite rapidly and successfully. The consumer factor is also quite important in the case. This info may be found on www.pissedconsumer.com.
