I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who takes pictures in doctor's offices. Your husband seems like he'd be fun to be around.

Mad photo!
Thanks for your encouragement. I made a mistake when I last wrote to you... I love schooling Sean and wouldn't have it any other way. If I were not a Christian I would not school him!

I am looking forwards to your post that you mentioned. Please let me know when you write it up, if you think of me?

My main concern in continuing to school Sean through secondary is this...
If I school him using an American curriculum will the colleges in Ireland accept him? Now that I think of it, it wont be hard to find out... See how just talking to somebody about these things helps me?! I know I could do it just one year at a time, knowing that if it all became too much I could send him to school. I think I could bring him through the first three years until he is 15... maybe.

My main concern is that if I educate him using a different system than this country uses how will that effect his going to further education?

Here in Ireland, children start secondary school at 12 and in 3 years do their Junior Certificate exam. Then they can leave school or stay on for another 2 years to do the Leaving Certificate. Then they can go to College.

God bless and take care.

Hello again Cassey,
I had a talk with Niall last night about Sean's education and we both agree that we will do some research into it again.

If I get a good and easy to understand Christian curriculum from England and use it for the next two years, it might make it easier to go ahead and try schooling Sean into his secondary school years?

I don't think there is an Irish Christian curriculum but we are going to look into this too.

Thanks again for your encouragement.
