About time :) See how faithful a reader I am!!! I need some of those welches coupons...maybe someone will share some tonight, ya think? Maybe I have something some one else would want and we could trade :)
I used a $5 off $25 Rite Aid coupon at Publix today. There was a link on Slick Deals to print it under the Rite Aid section. It doesn't expire until December so print out more than one- there wasn't a limit. Last week I used a $5 off $45 Kroger coupon that Kroger mailed to me.
There is Collage Inn broth on sale for $2.79/2. It is one of the box broths. Up front pick up the Winter coupon book and it has a coupon for $1 off. I got 4 tonight, then picked up 4 more to go back in a few days. I think it only included a Thai flavored and Herb flavored broth, but it comes out to $.40 per carton, so it will be good to try.
Nabisco Saltine crackers are $1.35 each. I printed a coupon from http://www.nabiscoworld.com/magicalcrackers/#/savings. It makes them $.85 each box.
The coupon on the cake mix is for the reduced suger and is included. You didn't double it- does your store not double coupons? Our price was $1.49/2 and with 2 double $.40 they were $.05 each.
My store had Hunts tomato sauce for $.99/2. It was not advertised but had a sign that said "store deal" I used $.40/2 doubled coupons to pay $.10 each.
Nestle toll house ready to bake cookies are on sale 3/$6. I printed $1.50/2 coupons from the Nestle site and they were $1.25 each.
A lot of your prices at your store are higher than ours. Our eggs are $1.29 and milk is $3.59 and some of the other BOGO deals are higher- but you don't have tax so I guess that makes it even.
aww, I miss Publix. I moved from t. Myers to Ok. and we dont have Publix. Its the little things that mean so much, lol!! Leah
Southerner,
I know prices change slightly depending on where you live. I am in Central Florida. Unfortunately, here, they do not double coupons ever! I wish they did. Then, I would be even more excited.
My Publix does not accept Rite Aid or CVS $/$$ coupons. They say they are not a competitor.
I just saw the Winter Book last night and I am glad to see that it matches some of the deals this week. I will make some changes to my post. Thank you.
Thanks for the head's up on the cracker coupon.
I'll be looking for the Hunt's at my store.
I was wondering where you found the $10/$40 Whole Foods? I would love to get some of them.
I'm looking for a coupon addict class. I would be the first to sign up. It's soooo... much fun!
But, you know you have a problem if .............
.......you go to cvs at 4am on sunday because you want to be the first one to get the free items because you are worried they will run out.
..........you go to 3 different cvs's each week. one with your card, one with your moms card and one with you daughters card.
..........you come home after 3 cvs's at 4am, look at sundays coupons, re-evaluate what you missed and go back 3 more times.
.........and then turn around and do the same thing at Publix!
HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Sarah,
The $10/40 have been in the calendar of the Friday paper (usually a half-page ad for Whole Foods with a small coupon in the corner).
Amy,
I have been where you are. Don't worry, it will get better. Eventually, you realize you can't get every deal (it's true) and you slow back down but still save tons of money!!
i'm so ticked off...I bought 6 copies of the paper for the nestle coupon and they weren't there! don't know why...every site says they should be.
sigh.
i still am not getting as great of deals as you with my coupons. do you want to move north to help me a little?!
